eCommerce purchases at Emerj – including reports, subscription memberships – such as Emerj Plus – are final. Unless stated otherwise on the product offer page, or unless the transaction was made fraudulently (by a party other than the cardholder), the intellectual property of Emerj is non-refundable.
Cancelation:
Paid subscription services at Emerj – including Emerj Plus and our Catalyst Advisory Program – can be canceled or paused any time by contacting customer support and indicating (a) the name of the service, and (b) the email address used to purchase the service.
